Eugene Lu, President

Eugene is the founder and president of the company. With over 30-year aero-material experiences, Eugene is very familiar with global materials for aerospace and aircraft industries. Being an entrepreneur and business executive for over a decade, Eugene with his team will continue to take the company to a new level in worldwide businesses. Eugene holds a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University , and he also attended Executive Training Program at School of Business at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Paul Lu, Executive Vice President

Paul is an experienced entrepreneur and business executive in U.S. and China with rich experience from a diversified industry background, including aviation, automotive and energy, etc. Before he joined the company, Paul was VP of Business Administration in a US multinational company in the energy sector. Paul has gained hands-on experiences in international business and management from his over two-year full time management experience in China. He is now responsible for Strategic Planning, International Operation and Finance in the company. Paul holds a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MPA degree from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

Mike Lee, Vice President, Business Development

Mike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and global sourcing from the automotive, energy, and transportation equipment industries. He was a senior officer of a US Transportation Department, and a former senior consultant. Mike is a business development and global sourcing expert with strong capabilities in operations and project management. Mike now is in charge of global sourcing and international business development at AEHI. He holds a B.S. in automotive engineering from Tsinghua University and a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Philip Lu, Vice President, US Operation

Being the purchase manager and VP, US Operation for many years, Philip has abundant experiences on American and European resources and supply chain management of aerospace raw materials, machinery & amp; equipment, and electronic components. He participated in a Procurement Management Training Program offered by GE Aircraft Engine. Philip's responsibilities are to oversee US operations and Purchasing. Philip holds a MBA degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Julie LaVine, Operations Manager

Julie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and system training. She has used this experience, plus her continual training in supply chain management & quality control to lead our team towards achieving strategic performance objectives. Julie is our Operations Manager where she leads the company's communications, procurement, aviation functions, and directs the company's quality management systems. Julie holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix.
